1Stream's NinjaOne Integration: AI Call Handling for Ticketing, PSA, and RMM - Oct 2026
Today we're announcing our NinjaOne integration. It works with NinjaOne ticketing, PSA, and RMM, and it is available now on 1Stream Engage plans and above. AI takes the work around the call, so your techs can stay on the customer.
What happens on a call
Before your tech says hello. The caller is identified. Their NinjaOne contact record and open ticket are on screen before the conversation starts.
While they talk, nobody's typing. Your tech listens to the customer. No hunting for the right ticket, no notes to type mid-call.
They hang up. AI does the admin. An AI call summary is added to the ticket and the time entry is logged. Your tech moves to the next call.
