We are happy to expand out integration with Autotask PSA. Historically, we have spent most of our time with standard Service Tickets. Based on partner feedback, we have expanded our integration to include Projects and Project queues.
You can select with Project Queues you want to allow within your configuration settings:
The following are the features that now extend to Project and Project Tickets:
- Inbound call screen pop
- AI Notetaker
- Automatic Time Entries w/ Call Summary
- Automatic private note with full transcript, sentiment score, follow up tasks, and audio file upload
- Outbound call from Autotask UI w/ automatic time entry, summary, transcript, etc
- 1Stream Intelligence portal will reflect project tickets linked with call history & reporting
