Notice to BVoIP ConnectWise Partners.
Currently in the 2016.1 Beta we have noticed that the Links drop down for Ticket Phone Control is not working.
We have notified ConnectWise and they confirm that this is a bug and it is currently being worked on.
We will advise you once this has been resolved.
