Client Alerts enable automated responses to alert conditions such as a Maximum Queue Wait Time threshold being reached.

These alerts will be expanded over time.
Until now, Client Alerts were visually displayed inside of our client apps. Today, we are happy to announce outbound webhooks. That means your alerting can be configured to any webhook-compatible platform or workflow tool.
