BVoIP supports Polycom devices but older Polycom Soundpoint devices manufactured before a certain date DO NOT support Zero Touch Provisioning
Polycom® devices must be running software version 5.0. In addition, individual units must be manufactured after October 1, 2015 in order for Zero Touch Provisioning to work. If you have older devices that dont meet these two items then Option 66 or manual device provisioning would be needed.
