Critical ALerts
Like any monitoring based platform, you can drown in alerts. We have designed a solution for Critical Alerts 1Stream Signal.
Within N-Central, you can configure alerts for almost anything using notification channels .
Create a N-Central Notification
1. Login to N-ABLE N-central and navigate to the users menu.
In the user's edit view, click on the User Details tab and then on the Notification Method sub-tab.
Choose Add and create a new Third Party Integration - HTTP notification method.
Give it a proper name and paste the 1Stream Signal URL that you have copiedy ou have created in the 1Stream portal as Target URL.
Click on Save to create the new notification method.
Automated Triage and Escalation
Plan ahead and pre-configure who on your team needs to be alerted, in what order, and during what date & time.
Phone, Text, Email
Once an alert from Ninja RMM is triggered, we will follow your triage and escalation plan and notify your team via Phone, Email, SMS, or all of the above. The goal is that a human being needs to confirm they receive the alert before the system will stop the alerting process.
This integration is available in 1Stream Engage plans and above.
