We had some feature requests for additional data columns to match up with our 1Stream Intelligence Portal. These are helpful quality of life items.
We have added three new columns have been added to call data reporting on the 1Stream Integration Landing Page:
- DID (the number the caller dialed)
- Activity Contact (the CRM/PSA Contact associated with the call)
- Activity Account (the CRM/PSA Account associated with the call)
For those who use our API to pull data, this data would also be included in GetCallLog results.
