JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Regional Sales Manager at bvoip you are the "closer" assigned to a specific territoriality in North America! In this role you will be working in conjunction with our marketing and business development teams who will generating new potential partners leads that you will need to engage, demo, and close.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in Sales. You will use your communication skills to vet prospects, understand their business challenges, and position our solutions properly. If you are self motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
This position can be remote which means you need to have high speed internet and viable computer.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business within the region and develop new logoed accounts
- Work as part of a sales team toward building the pipeline and developing opportunities to reach quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work with Channel Team, Inside Resources, and Channel Partners to Promote and evangelize product offerings within the market.
- Create an amazing customer experience from initial contact and through product purchase and the handoff to onboarding.
- Help to identify market and product requirements based on field experience and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Resolve and mediate any issues by bringing other company resources or members into the mix
- Attend and participate in trade shows as necessary.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the software or IT industry
- Recent experience working with partners and re-sellers.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape
- Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas and understanding of sales performance metrics
- A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to be honest and straight forward.
- Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
- Experience presenting to MSPs / Technology Firms as well as end user partners an asset.
