We came from an IT services business operating as an MSP based out of Philadelphia striving to offer an all-inclusive program, which naturally included phone system & communications vendor management. But with every customer running on something different, our help desk BURN rate reached 38% annually.
This wasn’t sustainable. It was clear that we needed a standardized and scalable solution designed specifically for the IT/MSP world. After a lot of trial & error, we found a recipe that worked for our MSP.
But MSPs don’t have the time or resources to build and maintain a solution like this on their own. After a few years of chatting about automation and integration with our colleagues, they started asking if we could build and manage an offering for them!
