bvoip is looking for a full-time technical onboarding / implementation specialist. This person will assist and train new customers on how to use bvoip's platform.
To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about helping others and eager to learn the bvoip software. Having some technical experience in IT or managed services is ideal. You'll be teaching our users how to roll-out bvoip on a technical level, so you should have a baseline understanding of the systems and tools MSPs are using to manage IT today.
This position can be remote which means you need to have high speed internet and viable computer.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Guide customers through the bvoip on-boarding process (training will be provided)
- Provide technical support for bvoip users as they set up the platform, phone system, voip devices, and integrations.
- Teach customers how to integrate the bvoip software into their existing toolset, apps, systems
- Help customers in need with troubleshooting and finding solutions to unforeseen issues
- Create documentation in both text and video format
- Assist with product feature adjustments based on end customer feedback
- Communicate with co-workers through e-mail, ticketing, chat, and/or verbally
- Ensure customers are successful with their use of the software
- Adapt to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred (or relevant technical experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or managed services is preferred
- Any Managed Service Provider experience and or MSP channel products is a big plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with general IT Infrastructure
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Required Skills
- 1+ years experience in customer service or customer facing role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
- A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to be honest and straight forward.
- Experience in SaaS preferred.
- Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
- Experience presenting to prospective MSPs as well as end user partners an asset.
Are there bonus points?
Yes! We'll give your application extra credit if you have one or more of these:
- A year or two+ in any type of technical onboarding, training, technical sales engineering role.
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and or/ ConnectWise Manage
- Previous history in Software Support in the IT Services or MSP industry
