It can be frustrating to figure out why call flows are not working properly especially if there are several users who have permissions to set holidays, office hours, and manual In/Out of Office settings.
Based on partner request, we have added visual banners in the 1Stream Control Portal to detect when Holidays and Forced In/Out of office events change call flow.
