New & Improved 1Stream Chrome Extension Now Available - 1.20.12727

We are happy to announce a revamped and merged 1Stream chrome extension.

Previously, we had 1 browser extension for the Client App and 1 browser extension for click-to-dial from your CRM/PSA.

Now, this has been unified.

You can delete / removed the stand alone 1Stream click-to-dial extension.

If you already have the 1Stream client app, simply close out all you browser tabs and re-open it should self update.

You will see a new section at the top of the app here

When dialing out from your integrated CRM, PSA, or ERP system(s), you will be able to dial numbers from within your system and the following will occur:

1. The outbound call will dial from whatever apps or devices are connected to your user account. Pick up the call and intended number will be called.
2. An activity and/or call record will be automatically created (unless you have disabled this feature).
3. A call summary will be posted to your activity or call record (this assumes your transcription settings are enabled and pre-configured).
4. A full transcript, sentiment score, next steps, and coaching tips will post as an internally note to the record you dialed from (unless you disabled this feature).
5. The audio file of the call will post as an internal attachment to the record you called from (unless you disabled this feature).

In short, all you need to do is click on the number and the rest should happen automatically.
