Within nerdio, you can configure alerts for almost anything. You can configure nerdio to trigger webhooks for:
Intune Alerts
Cloud PC Alerts
nerdio Manager Alerts
Plan ahead and pre-configure who on your team needs to be alerted, in what order, and during what date & time.
Once an alert from Ninja RMM is triggered, we will follow your triage and escalation plan and notify your team via Phone, Email, SMS, or all of the above. The goal is that a human being needs to confirm they receive the alert before the system will stop the alerting process.
